These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Notwithstanding arbitration, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm, intellectual property infringement, or breach of confidentiality.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If a provision cannot be severed without materially altering the agreement, the parties agree to modify the provision to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
