1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LinkTradeNetwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Purpose

LinkTradeNetwork is a professional networking platform designed for trade professionals including plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, low voltage cabling specialists, physical security professionals, general contractors, and supervisors.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile updated.

4. Professional Conduct

Users must maintain professional standards when using the platform. Harassment, discrimination, fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Projects and Jobs

LinkTradeNetwork facilitates connections between trade professionals and project opportunities. We do not guarantee employment or project outcomes. All agreements are between users.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on LinkTradeNetwork are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinkTradeNetwork is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or business opportunities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. LTN Referral Rewards Program

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

The LTN Referral Rewards Program is a voluntary promotional program offered at the sole discretion of LinkTradeNetwork. This program can be modified, paused, or permanently terminated at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Participation does not create any contractual obligation on the part of LinkTradeNetwork to continue the program or make future payments.

10.1 Program Overview

The LTN Referral Rewards Program allows verified members to earn cash rewards by referring new trade professionals to the platform. Rewards are earned only when specific qualifying conditions are met as described below.

10.2 Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Rewards Program, you must:

Be a verified LTN member in good standing
Have a completed LTN profile including trade, location, and bio
Provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payment
Comply with all terms and conditions listed in this section

10.3 How to Earn

You earn $5.00 USD for each person you refer who meets ALL of the following conditions:

Signs up for LTN using your unique referral code
Completes their full LTN profile including full name, trade, city, state, and bio
Has not previously been referred by another member

Referrals that do not result in a completed profile do not qualify for payment, regardless of how long the referred person has been a member.

10.4 Monthly Earnings Cap

Earnings from referrals are capped at $50.00 USD per member per calendar month, equivalent to a maximum of 10 qualifying referrals per month. Any referrals beyond the monthly cap do not carry over to the following month and will not be paid.

10.5 Payment

Rewards are paid via PayPal only
Payments are processed on the last day of each calendar month
A minimum balance of $10.00 is required before a payout is issued
Balances under $10.00 roll over to the following month
You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal email address on file is correct. LinkTradeNetwork is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect email address
LinkTradeNetwork reserves the right to delay or withhold payment from any account under review for fraud or policy violations

10.6 Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all earned and pending rewards:

Self-referrals or creating duplicate accounts
Referring fake, bot, or inactive accounts
Any attempt to manipulate, game, or abuse the referral system
Providing false information to receive rewards

LinkTradeNetwork reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of fraud and to disqualify members at its sole discretion.

10.7 Tax Responsibility

Members are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on rewards received through the LTN Referral Rewards Program. LinkTradeNetwork does not provide tax advice. If your total rewards in a calendar year meet IRS reporting thresholds, you may receive a 1099 form.

10.8 Program Termination

LinkTradeNetwork reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or permanently terminate the Referral Rewards Program at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

In the event of program termination, LinkTradeNetwork will make reasonable efforts to pay any verified pending rewards that have already been earned prior to the termination date, subject to fraud review. However, no future rewards will be earned after the termination date.

Participation in this program does not guarantee any future payment and creates no ongoing financial obligation on the part of LinkTradeNetwork beyond the current verified balance at the time of any program change.

10.9 Governing Law

The LTN Referral Rewards Program and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any disputes arising from this program shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
